📋 Description

• Execute and monitor Treasury routines, including the department's accounting close; • Perform full bank reconciliations, covering checking accounts, investment accounts and transitory/clearing accounts; • Support the preparation of financial and management reports, ensuring visibility of results and key performance indicators to leadership; • Organize, consolidate and provide documents and information for internal and external audits; • Support processes, controls and documentation related to foreign exchange operations; • Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper organization of the department's documentation; • Contribute to continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize daily routines; • Work in partnership with internal areas such as Accounting, Accounts Payable, Controllership and other teams involved in financial processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in the final stages in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields; • Previous experience with bank reconciliation routines and accounting close processes; • Knowledge of Treasury routines; • Intermediate Excel, with strong command of formulas and features such as XLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables and charts; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Strong organizational skills and ability to control and analyze financial information.
