📋 Description

• Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for reconciling large volumes, ensuring process efficiency, accuracy of financial information, and support for business decision-making. • Coordinate operations to ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains the company’s financial flows. • Ensure the quality of financial information and management reports. • Develop and implement controls, KPIs, and reporting. • Support internal and external audits. • Build relationships with internal and external client areas. • Lead, develop and motivate the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience in Accounts Receivable processes. • Knowledge of accounting principles. • Previous experience in financial coordination roles, with leadership experience and managing large teams. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems — SAP preferred. • Differentials: • Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC). • Knowledge and experience with SAP (MM and FI modules). • Experience creating, analyzing, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). • Certification or knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt.
