Daikin Brasil is the Brazilian subsidiary of Daikin, a global Japanese HVAC manufacturer and solutions provider. It designs, manufactures and sells residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioning, ventilation and indoor air quality products (split systems, VRV systems, chillers, purifiers and related components), provides installation, maintenance and training services, and emphasizes energy efficiency, environmentally friendlier refrigerants (R-32), and Japanese engineering and quality standards.

📋 Description

• Strategic market analysis and intelligence - Conduct studies to identify trends, future demand, regulations, competitor activity and growth opportunities; support strategic decisions for product development; • Product line management - equipment, controls, automation, indoor air quality, selection and software; • Integration with global teams - Attend meetings with national and international engineering, product, research and development teams; • Support for Sales, Marketing, Services, Application Engineering, Training Center, Import and Manufacturing; • Development of promotional and communication materials such as product catalogs and presentations, including translations and adaptations for the local market; • Definition of product technical specifications; • Product registration, tax classification and compliance with national regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related); • Previous experience with direct- and indirect-expansion HVAC systems; • Knowledge of communication networks (LAN/Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet) and automation/control systems; • Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence and product engineering; • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ABNT, ISO, ASHRAE, AHRI, REHVA, etc.); • Advanced English (required for interactions with global teams); • Analytical skills and strategic vision; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Collaborative, results-oriented profile; • Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI and similar tools; • Experience analyzing projects in CAD; • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
