📋 Description

• Expand the creator program, from seeding with smaller creators to major paid collaborations • Own the Instagram and TikTok channels • Manage the editorial calendar, ideas, and community together with the founder • Develop viral content for hair clips • Conceptualize hooks, formats, and campaigns • Translate trends, direct messages, and everyday life into content for the brand • Evaluate content performance based on data and discontinue initiatives that do not work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for content, hooks, copy, formats, and trends • Experience creating hundreds of successful Reels, videos, and posts • A strong instinct for identifying creators and an active, engageable creator network • Data-driven approach to evaluating content performance • 100% ownership and an independent way of working • Passion for beauty, brands, and building something from the ground up • Native-level German
