📋 Description

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events and other marketing channels • Coordinate publication and distribution of blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets • Support planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, follow-up and stakeholder coordination • Create, adapt and proofread marketing copy in various channels and formats • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep projects on track • Support website and digital touchpoint updates • Track campaign and channel performance, prepare reports and share insights • Research markets, target accounts, competitors, content opportunities and industry trends • Handle administrative and operational marketing tasks • Provide first-level technical support to Legal AI Suite customers • Work cross-functionally with Content, Design, Growth Marketing, Sales and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Germany • Valid driver's license • At least C1 level of German proficiency • Comfortable working in both German and English • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law or a related field • Initial professional experience in marketing, communications or a similar role; internships or working student experience can also be relevant • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Strong written communication skills and confidence writing and editing copy in German and English • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and reporting • Ability to work collaboratively across teams • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech or professional services is a plus • Fluency in Spanish is a plus • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite or social scheduling tools is a plus • Exposure to content marketing, email marketing, events, social media or website management is a plus • Interest in data, performance tracking and marketing operations is a plus
