📋 Description

• Responsibility for ongoing customer communication including editorial planning, content creation and execution (graphics & distribution) for Pharmacy and Hospital • Planning, developing and implementing seasonal, segmented and personalized B2B campaigns or customer surveys for Pharmacy and Hospital • Accountability for the use, further development and selection of marketing automation and CRM systems (OCE digital, BeePro, Canva) • Creation and development of marketing materials/sales collateral (digital & print) for the sales teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Monitoring of executed marketing activities and performance-driven implementation of new marketing initiatives • Responsibility for hosting and further development of the company website www.zentiva.de • Responsibility for A&P budgets and agency costs • Cooperative collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in particular Pharmacy, Hospital, Tender & Launches and OTC/Marketing • Analysis and monitoring of the market, competitors and target groups and derivation of appropriate measures

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in marketing (approx. 2 years) • Ideally a completed degree, preferably in Communications/Marketing/Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Proficient use of common marketing automation and CRM systems • Demonstrable experience planning and executing campaigns • Hands-on mentality and a flexible mindset • Knowledge of the German pharmacy market is an advantage • Structured, independent and systematic way of working as well as analytical thinking • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel • Good written and spoken English
