📋 Description

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events and other marketing channels • Coordinate publication and distribution of blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social posts and campaign assets • Support planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events and in-person events • Manage event logistics, invitations, follow-up and internal stakeholder coordination • Create, adapt and proofread marketing copy • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep projects on track across multiple workstreams • Support website and digital touchpoint updates • Track campaign and channel performance, prepare reports and share insights • Conduct research on markets, target accounts, competitors, content opportunities and industry trends • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks for the Marketing Team • Provide first-level technical support to Legal AI Suite customers • Collaborate with Content, Design, Growth Marketing, Sales and other teams to build brand awareness, engage audiences and contribute to pipeline growth

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Germany • Valid driver's license • At least C1 level of German proficiency • Comfortable working in both German and English • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law or a related field • Initial professional experience in marketing, communications or a similar role; internships or working student experience can also be relevant • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Strong written communication skills and confidence writing and editing copy in German and English • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and reporting • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams • Travel required • Fluency in Spanish is an extra point • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite or social scheduling tools is an extra point • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech or professional services is an extra point • Exposure to content marketing, email marketing, events, social media or website management is an extra point
