• Own Damovo’s Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and key account relationships • Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements • Develop and grow strategic accounts through long-term account planning and expansion • Position Damovo’s end-to-end portfolio (UC, CX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure) • Act as executive sponsor for customers, ensuring trust, compliance, and delivery alignment • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Bid teams across regions • Track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance for the vertical
• Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management in both hunter and farmer roles • Strong understanding of public procurement procedures and regulated environments • Demonstrated success with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals • Confident communicator at senior and C-levels • Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions • Fluent in German and English • Structured, accountable, and collaborative leadership style.
