• Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market presence. • Execute account plans and sales activities aligned with Cytiva’s commercial strategy and defined targets. • Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solution‑based selling and design‑in activities. • Identify, track, and progress opportunities, including forecasting, quotations, and CRM updates. • Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration , or a related field • Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales , preferably within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry • Experience supporting customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial role • Experience working within cross‑functional or matrix organizations • Fluent English and local language
