📋 Description

• Build and strengthen customer relationships • Proactively acquire new business • Develop targeted sales strategies to exceed targets • Manage the entire sales process and prepare accurate forecasts • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and partners • Represent the company at industry events • Deliver training to enhance brand presence and credibility • Demonstrate credibility with key personas in formulation departments, chemistry manufacture and controls, clinical development, regulatory, and stability teams • Support customers to understand and communicate guidelines • Collaborate with regulatory experts and monitor policy changes • Translate regulatory developments into commercial opportunities • Support or mentor other associates in the region

🎯 Requirements

• Life Science or Business graduate • Proven account management experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors • Thorough understanding of drug development processes, especially Monoclonal Antibodies • Expert in identifying key call points within the drug development workflow • Strong grasp of key personas in biotech organizations, including CMOs and CROs • Demonstrates consistent revenue growth and surpasses sales targets • Possesses technical expertise in drug development • Hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, KOL management • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Analyzes market data to inform channel partner strategies • Works cross-functionally in matrixed environments • Mentors teams • Translates regulatory insights (FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.) into actionable commercial strategies • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
