📋 Description

• Deliver mainly post-sales customer support • Lead end-to-end installation and implementation of GeneXpert systems, including site assessments, connectivity setup, and post-launch support • Deliver customer training and ongoing technical guidance on instruments, software applications, assays, reagents, and connectivity solutions • Provide field service and technical support through troubleshooting, corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment relocations, and system upgrades • Act as the primary customer contact for technical and administrative matters • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently • Manage spare parts and field inventory • Support customers across the French territory while working remotely from Paris/Île-de-France

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Biology, or related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, biomedical engineering, medical devices or laboratory environments • Experience working with laboratory customers • Knowledge of the diagnostics market • Fluent in French • Good command of English • Ability to travel extensively and spend approximately 80% of working time in the field • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment weighing up to 27 kg • Experience in the diagnostics industry is an advantage • Experience in technical support and customer training is a plus • Experience with reagents and instrumentation used in Clinical Diagnostics is a plus • Experience supporting customers within the assigned territory is a plus • Experience with molecular diagnostics and laboratory workflows is a plus
