📋 Description
• Provide Technical Customer support • On-site assistance to our customers • Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support • Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma • Proficient English is mandatory • Open to travel (driving license is mandatory) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work autonomously, being a team player • Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial
