• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), inspections, repairs, and system upgrades on MRI and XR equipment • Deliver advanced fault finding and troubleshooting across electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and network-related issues • Support equipment installations, de-installations, and lifecycle upgrade projects • Manage service activities to maximise customer uptime and equipment performance • Maintain accurate service documentation and administrative records in line with company requirements • Manage spare parts usage and inventory to ensure efficient service delivery • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service • Ensure compliance with all company quality, regulatory, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements • Participate in the on-call service rota and provide out-of-hours support when required • Support continuous improvement initiatives and share technical knowledge within the wider engineering team • Identify opportunities to support contract renewals, system upgrades, and service growth initiatives • Collaborate with engineers, service centre teams, and account managers to deliver exceptional service • Manage tools, test equipment, and travel logistics effectively • Travel throughout the region as required to support customer and business needs
• HNC or equivalent qualification in engineering or a relevant technical field • Field service experience, ideally with medical imaging systems but full training will be provided with candidates with the right attitude • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Experience connecting to systems remotely using a secure connectivity platform • Competence with software loading, virtual machines, and general IT troubleshooting • Valid UK driving license • Fluent in English
