📋 Description

• Produce engineering documentation (on time, to budget, and of suitable quality) to support requests for quotes, customer orders, manufacturing, suppliers, etc. • Work as part of a cross functional team designing and detailing products ensuring safety, reliability, robustness, and functionality which is easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain. • Provide manufacturing support to ensure factories have consistent output, quality, and costs. • Participate in and lead technical clarification meetings with other groups at Pall as well as customers and suppliers. • Participate in and lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities with customers, suppliers on product technical issues. • Through a process of continuous improvement and VAVE, develop the processes and products across all disciplines so that time and cost can be optimized whilst still ensuring a robust and effective process’ and products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Graduate in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum years of work experience required is 4-6 years in the relevant areas, preferred design experience. • Good understanding of mechanical design principals relating to pressure vessels/housing, ASME, PED, EN codes and standard and other international standards • Hands-on experience on PV elite software and process systems, as per international standards. • Proficient in 2D & 3D drafting using Autodesk Inventor CAD, with experience in Pressure vessel design aligned with international standards • Good knowledge of major manufacturing processes including welding, machining, forming, molding/casting, and sealing mechanisms. • Ability to multi-task. • Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
