📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation • Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements • Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications • Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows • Drive process documentation and change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption across the organization • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR operations and proactively propose solutions using process improvements, automation, and AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations context • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar strongly preferred) • Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus • Fluency in spoken and written English • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico • Must be a Mexican national
