📋 Description

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multidisciplinary technology projects, managing scope, schedules, deadlines, resources, and risks. • Ensure that the commitments outlined in the commercial proposal are reflected in the delivery, balancing client expectations with the team’s capacity. • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, addressing questions, roadblocks, and conflicts with autonomy and agility. • Translate client needs into clear direction for the delivery team. • Engage and guide technical teams, negotiating priorities and gaining leadership alignment. • Coordinate the commercial and technical teams in their interactions with the client. • Map, document, formalize, and standardize project processes, ceremonies, and methodologies. • Establish the necessary governance and documentation without excessive bureaucracy. • Contribute to the development and growth of the project management function in partnership with leadership. • Combine PMI/PMO practices with agile methods, prioritizing incremental and continuous delivery. • Apply Artificial Intelligence to optimize documentation, meeting records, project tracking, and process design.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in technology project management, preferably in consulting or B2B professional services. • Strong foundation in project management (PMI/PMBOK or equivalent). • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid management models. • Technical knowledge of Cloud, Cybersecurity, and/or Data & AI sufficient to engage with clients and technical teams, understand challenges, and make autonomous decisions. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience managing relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution. • Experience establishing or enhancing processes, methodologies, or a Project Management Office (PMO). • Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to day-to-day work. • Advanced English proficiency. • Experience with Cybersecurity and/or Infrastructure projects. • Experience with Cloud projects (AWS and/or Azure). • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM are valued differentiators.
