📋 Description

• Manage technology projects in the telecommunications sector from planning through delivery. • Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams. • Lead planning for schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and performance indicators. • Serve as the interface between business, technology, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with technical and business requirements. • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and propose action plans. • Monitor performance indicators, status reports, and executive governance. • Lead follow-up and alignment meetings. • Support architecture decisions and technical direction. • Ensure the application of Agile and/or traditional methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager. • Experience in the telecommunications sector. • Experience providing technical leadership to IT teams. • Experience managing highly complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies. • Experience managing scope, schedules, costs, risks, and performance indicators. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and executive teams. • Ability to serve as a link between business, technology, and suppliers. • Experience with OSS/BSS, networks, 5G, infrastructure, customer service, or telecommunications digital platform projects is a plus. • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus. • Knowledge of technology architecture and solutions is a plus. • Experience with major telecommunications operators or companies within the telecommunications ecosystem is a plus.
