📋 Description

• Support the definition and maintenance of the roadmap for products under parallel development • Support the strategy for the coordinated rollout of software releases • Plan release deliveries for deployment • Support product backlog prioritization • Support Caixa coordinators in project planning, execution, and control • Track sprint progress, working to ensure commitments are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards • Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet requirements and deliver final outcomes • Be objective when defining and evaluating work, ensuring the entire team participates in co-creating plans • Add value to the product to meet the expectations of the business manager and client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another Information Technology-related field • Alternatively, a completed bachelor’s degree in any field and a specialization in Information Technology • Experience with the application domain and software development • Skills in risk analysis and management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis • Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills • Leadership ability and the ability to foster team spirit • Time management and triage skills • Proven track record of making sound decisions quickly in high-pressure situations • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection • Knowledge of project management • Knowledge of Project Model Canvas
