📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from planning through Go-Live • Manage multiple ERP integrations simultaneously • Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams • Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Drive data migration activities, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads • Partner with business stakeholders to prepare and validate legacy ERP data • Escalate risks, blockers, and schedule impacts to leadership • Ensure successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live activities • Drive stakeholder alignment across business and IT organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in ERP or enterprise technology programs • Strong experience leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives • Experience managing full lifecycle ERP integrations • Experience with Oracle EBS environments • Experience with data migration and data conversion activities • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with geographically distributed teams • Advanced English • 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience preferred • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations preferred • Experience coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities preferred • PMP, CAPM, or other Project Management certifications preferred • Knowledge of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies preferred
