📋 Description

• Coordinate a Squad responsible for the implementation and operation of AI ASSIST products • Organize the operational cadence, connecting the Client, Desk, and technical team • Ensure clarity of priorities, demand tracking, risk management, Squad capacity planning, and delivery planning • Transform client and operational needs into an organized Backlog • Define priorities with the relevant stakeholders and prioritize items for inclusion in the Sprint • Track execution, Squad capacity, timelines, and deliverables • Minimize risks, impediments, and changes before they affect deliverables • Prepare status reports and track KPIs and SLAs • Plan and track releases • Lead client meetings • Record and track meeting minutes and action plans • Facilitate communication among the client, Desk, technical team, and different levels of the organization • Coordinate projects related to AIOps, AI Resolvedor, AI Self-Service, and AI for Orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field • Solid experience leading technology projects • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and serving as a direct point of contact for internal and external clients • Practical expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK/PMI) • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or ITIL certifications are a significant advantage • Proficiency with project management tools • Sound knowledge of software architecture, IT infrastructure, information security, and governance • Ability to map and optimize business processes • Clear, assertive communication skills for working across technical and executive levels • Facilitative leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Resilience, adaptability to scope changes, and an analytical approach to risk mitigation • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or MS Project • Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms
