📋 Description

• Lead IT service projects focused on end-user services and infrastructure • Support project mobilization, execution, financial control, and delivery • Define and confirm scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities to initiate project mobilization • Monitor and control execution across the analysis, design, build, testing, and release phases • Establish project governance, manage risks and issues, and maintain stakeholder communications • Ensure quality, budgetary control, and achievement of program and project milestones • Direct team deliverables, ensuring overall project success and efficient use of resources • Apply appropriate project management methods and tools • Manage vendors and partners involved in service delivery • Consider the user experience when designing and implementing new solutions and services • Prepare project reports, including overall performance, completion, and closeout documentation • Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies and procedures • Conduct work in compliance with processes and standards for highly regulated environments, including GxP and SOX • Plan, communicate, and support change management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • More than 6 years of experience in IT project management • Experience with IT standards and project financial management • Knowledge of end-user IT services, including mobile telephony, laptops, client imaging, and application packaging • Good understanding of information security and Security & Compliance policies • Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB • Experience with service desks and IT service deployments • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 hosting, networking, and infrastructure • Experience in application management • Strong knowledge of business processes and excellent organizational skills • Experience in vendor management and working with external partners • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills • Ability to work in complex organizations, navigate ambiguity, and lead change • Advanced English proficiency • Preferred qualifications: experience in a highly regulated environment; experience with GxP processes and SOX requirements; experience with remote work models and coordination of distributed teams; financial knowledge applied to CAPEX, OPEX, investment approval requests, purchase orders, and goods receipt
