📋 Description

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders • Support direction and management of the complete lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation • Facilitate subject matter expert insights to create project plans, schedules, and communications • Engage with onshore and offshore project resources inside and outside RSI • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Deliver project objectives within agreed schedules and budgets • Escalate project risks and implement mitigation actions • Identify and escalate project dependencies and critical paths • Facilitate regular progress meetings with stakeholders • Learn and adapt to new tools, approaches, and processes • Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service • Analyze project and program policies, processes, standards, governance, and metrics • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, project delivery, and cost reduction

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in SAP program or project management • Understanding of SAP ECC, including one or more functional domains (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) • Confidence discussing technology concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities in ECC, S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, and Security • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects using Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM SDLC methodologies • Expertise using project management and communication tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office • Excellent communication, customer-facing, interpersonal, and stakeholder influence skills • Experience building and scaling project management processes for new or ambiguous areas • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred • Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
