📋 Description

• Manage a project or set of agency projects — campaigns, content, media, social, and production — within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget • Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of creative deliverables • Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary squads across creative, media, social, production, and technology • Manage projects and campaigns using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Define and maintain the project schedule, aligning deliverables across creative, media, social, and production • Manage project scope, budget, and deliverable quality • Build and coordinate multidisciplinary squads, allocating team members to each deliverable • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues • Act as the main client contact, managing expectations and the relationship • Report status internally and externally using dashboards and performance indicators • Control costs, hours, budgets, and media investment versus the approved budget • Manage resource allocation, hours, and team capacity across multiple projects • Promote synergies across accounts, projects, and squads • Evaluate the performance of projects, campaigns, and team members, proposing improvements and development actions • Communicate clearly with the team and stakeholders • Encourage ongoing communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for projects

🎯 Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in advertising, marketing, creative, or communications agencies • Experience managing multiple projects and/or accounts simultaneously, with creative, media, social, and production teams • Experience with agency project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar • Knowledge of approval workflows, production processes, and media budget/investment management (desirable) • Familiarity with campaign metrics and KPIs such as reach, engagement, and performance • Ability to create basic reports and dashboards • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
