📋 Description

• Lead and oversee IT initiatives related to Supply Chain • Work with the client's IT team on initiative governance • Support the leadership and oversight of projects managed by different Supply Chain departments • Monitor progress, risks, deviations, dependencies, and key areas of concern • Ensure status updates and key performance indicators are kept current • Lead follow-up meetings with business teams and technical teams • Align scope, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps • Facilitate communication among the business, IT, and partners • Identify and manage dependencies across projects and teams • Propose alternatives to minimize impacts on deliverables • Support the identification and resolution of impediments • Consolidate information and prepare executive reports on progress, risks, results, and next steps • Communicate initiative status to leadership, highlighting achievements, critical issues, and decision-making needs • Ensure decision traceability, information organization, and follow-up on action plans • Collaborate with SAP, Architecture, Infrastructure, and other technical teams • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve project delivery and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience managing and overseeing IT projects and initiatives • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role • Experience managing schedules, status updates, risks, dependencies, impediments, and action plans • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to lead meetings with technical teams and executive leadership • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to act as an integrator between the business, IT, and partners • Advanced English proficiency for leading meetings and communicating with international teams • Good understanding of technical discussions and experience interacting with SAP, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams • Experience working in complex corporate environments with multiple projects and stakeholders • Previous experience with Supply Chain projects • Knowledge of or experience in SAP environments • Knowledge of agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools • Experience in portfolio governance, agile PMO, or demand management • Experience with integration projects involving multiple business areas and technologies • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and digital solutions • Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized profile • Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Resilience to work in high-demand environments requiring prioritization • Strong ownership and the ability to structure processes where no formal governance exists
