📋 Description

• Serve as Brink’s focal point for monitoring and tracking the execution of the transition plan led by the partner • Assess the quality of Knowledge Transfer activities by participating in selected sessions and reviewing the documentation produced • Identify, consolidate, and report risks related to transition quality, operational readiness, and adherence to the schedule • Participate in follow-up forums with regional and global teams and external partners, advocating fact- and data-based positions and recommendations • Coordinate the monitoring of critical dependencies, including system access, subject-matter expert availability, and other requirements necessary for the transition • Map and track additional costs related to the transformation process, including third-party involvement and licensing requirements • Propose improvements and adjustments to the Knowledge Transfer strategy to increase efficiency and reduce risks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Project Management • Fluent English • Intermediate to advanced Spanish • Strong communication and influencing skills across different organizational levels, from technical teams to senior executives • Analytical, organized, and focused on risk management and governance • Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment • Ability to constructively challenge vendors and stakeholders, supporting recommendations with facts, metrics, and evidence
