📋 Description

• Design and enhance self-service support flows, providing customers with a simple, efficient, and solution-oriented experience • Structure and analyze chatbot architectures, ensuring standardized support, consistency across channels, and a high-quality conversational experience • Identify risks and opportunities in Chatbot and WhatsApp projects, monitoring post-launch operations and proposing continuous improvement initiatives • Research, evaluate, and implement solutions based on Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Omnichannel strategies • Lead integration initiatives with internal and external systems through APIs, ensuring reliable information and an improved customer experience • Map customer journeys, identify automation opportunities, and propose improvements to support processes • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive interpersonal relationships • Logical reasoning and a systems-level understanding of processes • Excellent writing skills and ability to organize ideas • Knowledge of APIs and system integration, including endpoints, requests, authentication, and related concepts • Knowledge of programming logic or at least one programming language • Experience designing, developing, or enhancing conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants • Knowledge of UX Writing, UX Design, or Conversational Design • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of Salesforce • Higher education • Analytical skills • Teamwork • Project implementation • Microsoft Excel
