📋 Description

• Own project execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope • Develop project plans covering phases, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and required resources • Manage project scope, SOWs, budgets, estimates, and hours tracking • Estimate team hours and resource needs across project phases and monitor actual hours against budget • Coordinate resources and staff projects according to expertise and availability • Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and leadership teams • Facilitate internal check-ins, meetings, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups • Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and scope concerns and drive them toward resolution • Escalate potential timeline, budget, resource, or scope issues when necessary • Coordinate client feedback, approvals, and expectations with Account/Client Service teams • Work with Production teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgetary requirements • Improve project management processes, systems, and documentation • Manage multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and overall project strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience within a creative or marketing agency • Strong experience managing social-first or social media brand campaigns • Experience managing complex, multi-phase creative projects with multiple teams and stakeholders • Hands-on experience with SOWs, budgets, project estimates, hours tracking, and resource planning • Experience working cross-functionally with Client Service/Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Media teams • Strong understanding of social media and integrated campaign execution • Experience with project management and time-tracking tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or similar platforms • Proficiency with Google Workspace • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader strategic view • Based in Latin America (LATAM) • Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience managing campaigns with high budget (nice to have) • Experience with video content production and influencer campaigns (nice to have) • Experience with always-on social media programs (nice to have) • Background in experiential marketing, fashion, entertainment, or other fast-paced, culture-driven environments (nice to have)
