📋 Description

• Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps for products developed in parallel • Support the strategy for the phased deployment of software releases • Plan release deliveries for deployment • Support product backlog prioritization • Support Caixa coordinators in project planning, execution, and control • Monitor sprint progress, helping ensure commitments are met with regard to schedule, cost, and quality • Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet requirements and deliver results • Add value to the product to meet the expectations of business stakeholders and clients • Define and objectively assess the work, ensuring the team participates in the co-creation of plans

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing IT projects • Knowledge of Trello • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies • Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, or any higher education degree combined with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours • Experience with IT projects • Experience with application domains and software development • Skills in risk analysis and management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis • Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills • Leadership skills and the ability to foster team spirit • Time management and triage skills • Proven record of making sound decisions quickly in stressful situations • Interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection • Knowledge of project management • Knowledge of RUM, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup, and Project Model Canvas • Preferred certifications: PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PSM, or equivalent • APF and SNAP counting experience is desirable
