📋 Description
• Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team • Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro • Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR • Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards • Partner with the broader People Ops team to identify recurring issues
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience • strong proficiency in report building (Cognos or UKG Reporting) • experience managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (Jira or similar preferred) • a customer-first mindset • strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity • ability to manage competing priorities • clear, confident communicator
