âąAs we continue to expand, we're excited to open our doors for a Business Development Director to join our team! âąWithin this role, the chosen candidate will play a critical part in driving new business within the untapped acute care market (hospitals); with a primary focus on increasing Danielsâ client base and strategically growing our book of business. âąJoining Daniels, this person will immediately adopt ownership of an existing portfolio of customers, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met. âąThe position will require a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of multiple customer departments and committees with potential and existing customers.
âą7+ years of industry experience âąStrong relationship building and stakeholder management skills âąExperience with design and implementation of business development strategies âąStrong conflict resolution capabilities âąProven ability to negotiate âąHospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable âąExcellent verbal and written communication skills âąPossesses self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team âąStrong presentation skills with value based selling confidence âąOutstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
