📋 Description

• Identify high-impact talent that shapes our future. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and craft recruitment strategies that fuel growth. • Lead the hiring process end-to-end. • Bring market insight into every conversation. • Help define the DNA of Daos Hub’s team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a track record of closing vacancies across multiple functions. • Experience hiring for rare and senior-level positions. • Experience in soft skill evaluation and structured interviewing. • Strong background in executive search and multichannel sourcing. • Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers as a true partner. • Experience in international recruitment is a plus. • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
