📋 Description

• Support the IT Governance Coordination team in managing and prioritizing demands • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting the management and resolution of more complex matters • Monitor the IT budget, CAPEX and OPEX, actuals versus budget, forecasts, variances, and action plans • Support cost governance and forums related to IT financial monitoring • Monitor the contract and vendor lifecycle, including new engagements, renewals, terms, risks, and optimization opportunities • Support internal and external audits, ensuring that evidence, action plans, and deadlines are properly tracked • Monitor IT Governance policies, standards, controls, and processes • Support KPI management and the development of executive views for area performance monitoring • Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate processes and increase efficiency • Monitor the team’s key deliverables, risks, and pending items, supporting the organization and direction of activities • Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders • Represent IT Governance in forums and meetings when necessary, providing direct support to the Coordination team

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in IT Governance • Knowledge of IT financial management, budgeting, CAPEX, and OPEX • Experience with contracts, vendors, and technology procurement processes • Experience with audits, controls, risks, compliance, and IT policies • Knowledge of KPIs and performance monitoring • Knowledge of frameworks and best practices such as ITIL and COBIT • Ability to structure processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements • Strong analytical skills and ease working with data and financial information • Organized, proactive profile with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different organizational levels and departments • Autonomy to manage topics end to end, combining a governance perspective with hands-on execution • Preferred: experience in IT Financial Management, FinOps, or IT cost management • Preferred: experience with SAP and technology-related financial processes • Preferred: experience in medium- or large-scale IT environments • Preferred: experience with Power BI and KPI development • Preferred: experience transforming or evolving IT Governance models
