📋 Description

• Perform semantic modeling and build dashboards in Power BI, including defining metrics in collaboration with business areas • Conduct exploratory and recurring analyses using SQL on the data lake, investigating end-to-end requests • Document metrics, business rules, and calculation criteria • Serve as the point of contact for business areas, translating requests into scope and negotiating priorities and deadlines • Perform technical reviews and mentor mid-level and junior analysts • Standardize analysis practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis • Advanced SQL • Power BI, including DAX and dimensional modeling • Experience with cloud data environments; AWS preferred • Experience mentoring less experienced professionals • Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders • Nice to have: experience in the insurance or financial services sector • Nice to have: experience with regulatory data (SUSEP, statistical reports) • Nice to have: Python for analysis and automation • Nice to have: experience as a technical reference or informal team leader
