📋 Description

• Manage, enhance, and technically operate the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system (Finance & Supply Chain Management) • Independently implement changes, extensions, and optimizations or coordinate their delivery with external service providers • Build, maintain, and further develop interfaces, integrations, and databases for operational processes, reporting, and business intelligence • Take technical responsibility for Microsoft Azure and Power Platform environments, including Power Apps and Power Automate • Monitor product changes, roadmaps, deprecations, and innovations across the Microsoft ecosystem • Assess the impact of Microsoft changes on the system landscape and derive appropriate technical measures • Collaborate with business departments, IT colleagues, and external partners on enhancement and digitalization projects • Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-team collaboration • Support a wide range of day-to-day and project activities while helping shape strategic initiatives and innovations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • Practical experience in cloud environments, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform • Strong development knowledge and practical experience implementing changes, extensions, and integrations • Experience building, maintaining, and further developing interfaces and databases • Independent, structured, and accountable approach to work, with a strong commitment to quality • Excellent written and spoken German • Good command of English for working in an international environment • Openness to international collaboration • Team-oriented and solution-focused approach, with a proactive commitment to knowledge sharing • Professional experience is required; no specific minimum duration is stated
