📋 Description

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and continuous learning. • Manage people, including performance tracking, career development, feedback, technical training, and conflict management. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of team deliveries, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business priorities. • Act as a facilitator for the adoption and evolution of agile practices, promoting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and result orientation. • Support technical and architectural decisions, contributing to the definition of scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. • Ensure integration between technology and business areas, translating strategic needs into valuable technological solutions. • Promote software development best practices, technology governance, risk management, and operational excellence. • Serve as a technical and managerial reference for the teams under your responsibility, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and technology delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in people management and team development. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Knowledge of systems architecture and microservices. • Experience with Cloud (preferably GCP). • Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript. • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills. • **Preferred:** • Experience in system integration. • Knowledge of React, Vue, MongoDB, Redis, and SQL Server. • Experience with Kafka/Event Hub. • Agile or Cloud certifications.
