📋 Description

• Work across all phases of the solution lifecycle: Ideation → Design → Build → Quality → Deployment • Act as the interface between the business and IT, leading elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements. • Orchestrate the maturation of business needs, fostering a deep understanding of processes. • Lead interviews, workshops and interactive sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate requests into clear, feasible specifications. • Create and maintain high-quality functional documentation, including process flows, acceptance criteria, business rules and technical requirements. • Record epics, features and stories in the appropriate tools. • Support alignment across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to backlog creation and priority definition. • Collaborate with project leads, software engineers and technical teams to deliver solutions with added value. • Monitor changes to requirements throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring traceability and effective communication. • Support the QA team in understanding acceptance criteria and expected test flows. • Work on continuous improvement of story writing based on quality metrics (e.g., function points).

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with data, including manipulation, modeling and understanding of pipelines and integration processes. • Experience with Martech platforms and tools, especially: • - Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe CDP • - SAS (SAS RTDM / SAS CI) • - Salesforce Marketing Cloud • - Or equivalent market tools. • Strong experience with Azure cloud and data architecture. • Strong analytical skills for optimization and resolution of complex problems. • Experience with security, privacy, audit and data quality practices. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, Azure Data Factory (ADF), MongoDB, Kafka and GA4. • Familiarity with modern development tools and the application of AI across the engineering lifecycle.
