• Understanding requirements/user stories; • Breaking down user stories into tasks; • Integrated coding with the low-code platform; • Interaction with the Squad Architect to follow the proposed model; • Fixing defects reported by the testing/QA team; • Working in a squad using the Agile SCRUM model and participating in all team ceremonies; • Estimating user stories in hours and/or story points;
• Senior Full Stack Developer: • Experience with PowerBuilder 12+; • Proficiency in C# (.NET); • Java (Spring Boot, Unit Testing); • REST APIs; • Messaging systems; • Oracle; • Microservices; • Cloud (Azure);
• Health Plan: Up to two dependents without a monthly fee deduction (from the third dependent the cost will be partial), with copay for exams and consultations; • Dental Plan: No fee for the primary member; dependents with a monthly cost of R$ 3.00; • Life and Accident Insurance: 100% paid by the company (no payroll deduction). Funeral assistance (primary member, direct dependents and extended dependents); • Mobility: Transit voucher or Fuel voucher (R$ 1.00 payroll deduction). The benefit is conditioned on in-person/hybrid employment and the need to commute to the office; • Food and Meal Allowance: You choose how to receive this benefit—Meal or Food allowance—and you can split between the options. You receive R$ 924.00, with a symbolic R$ 1.00 payroll deduction; • Private Pension: After the probation period, from 1% to 3% of the nominal salary (the company matches the same percentage chosen by the employee); • Support: For children with disabilities. Daycare/Babysitter assistance (according to policy); • Day Off / Short Day: Day off during your birthday month and in cases of moving residence. Early departure (2 hours) on the birthday of children (up to 12 years old); • Leaves: Marriage – 5 working days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 working days (direct relative) and 1 working day (indirect relative); • Gympass: Discounted plans for employees and dependents (participation according to chosen plan). Active after 1 month of contract; • EAP – Employee Assistance Program: Free services for employees and dependents, offering legal, psychological, financial and social assistance, among others. Assistance ensures confidentiality and extends to direct and indirect dependents; • NBaby: Support program to ensure physical and emotional health during pregnancy and until the baby is 1 year old, for employees and dependents; • Robotics Workshop: Incentive for digital creation aimed at children and their families. Workshops are intended to motivate young people about technology; • Partnerships: Educational institutions (discounts on undergraduate and graduate programs), language schools, retail, pharmacies and restaurants; • NAV/DASA: Online consultations to avoid hospital visits when a diagnosis can be made by video;
