📋 Description

• Architect and build a highly performant, intuitive, data-rich interface using React and TypeScript • Turn billions of observability signals into clear, actionable insights • Co-own frontend architecture, including component design, state management, and overall structure • Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to define the product experience • Advocate for the user in product and interaction decisions • Ship production code from week one • Deliver significant user-facing features within three months • Use AI and agentic coding tools while applying technical judgment to verify and refine output • Mentor engineers and drive frontend best practices, including Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks, and component patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building complex, data-intensive applications with React and TypeScript • Strong knowledge of charting and data visualization libraries, such as Recharts and D3 • Deep familiarity with component-based architecture and state management • Keen eye for detail and passion for beautiful, high-performance user interfaces • Experience with testing frameworks and commitment to well-tested code • Comfort consuming RESTful APIs • Working knowledge of server-side development • Experience with observability, monitoring, or developer tooling products is nice to have • Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem or cloud-native technologies is nice to have • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment is nice to have
