📋 Description

• Lead Kick-off calls. • Conduct back-to-back, 30-minute* Zoom sessions with customers who have just started their free trial. • Guide users through the end-to-end account setup, including API integrations, tracking installations, and dashboard configuration. • Clearly communicate the value of ClickGrow features while troubleshooting any immediate technical hurdles the user faces. • Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience by recommending relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or higher-tier plans that align with their business goals. • Identify common friction points during the setup process and relay feedback to the product team to improve the self-serve experience. • Ensure new clients have access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software. • Uphold all verification details on the ClickGrow dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles. • Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropriate team. • Ensure utmost confidentiality while handling onboarding and adapt to evolving requirements, internal policies, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Latin America (any country) to align with our primary time zones. • Bilingual Proficiency (English C1/C2): Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. • Technical Aptitude: Experience with SaaS platforms, basic web technologies, or marketing technology (MarTech) stacks. • Time Management Pro: Ability to manage a dense calendar of 30-minute sessions, staying energized and punctual throughout the day. • Detail-oriented and structured thinking. • Two or more years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred. • Strong organizational skills. Being able to manage multiple client cases at once.
