📋 Description

• Identify, initiate and evaluate project development opportunities for PV and onshore wind projects in the German market • Conceptual and content-related development of our subsidiaries in the area of project development for PV and onshore wind projects in Germany • Manage the entire development process for individual PV and onshore wind projects • Lead contract negotiations, e.g., for the acquisition of project rights, securing land rights, and commissioning engineering services • Conduct financial viability and risk assessments for project development opportunities and ongoing projects • Initiate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project development partners, landowners, engineering partners, authorities, grid operators, municipal utilities, investors, technical consultants and legal counsel • Further develop Pacifico Energy Partners' project development strategy in Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree with a business or engineering focus (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Civil/Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energies) or in Law • Some experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous • High level of motivation and self-initiative • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking • Structured and organized working style • Very good German (preferably native-level) and good English skills • Passion for the energy transition
