📋 Description

• Ensure successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system • Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems • Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks • Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks • Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 50% • General knowledge of the banking industry • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent leadership and relationship-building abilities • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (preferred) • Familiarity with bank compliance regulations (preferred) • Advanced skills in financial computing, Microsoft Office applications, and Oracle databases (preferred)
