📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ technical and commercial needs and prepare profitable proposals • Monitor and analyze public tenders and RFPs, preparing documentation in advance • Participate in in-person and electronic bidding processes and follow them through to award • Liaise with the external sales team, aligning billing expectations and timelines • Manage contracts, monitoring scope, deadlines, penalties, and specific clauses • Monitor the customer portfolio and negotiation progress through KPIs • Receive, verify, and register orders and purchase orders in the system • Resolve discrepancies directly with customers • Monitor inventory to ensure deliveries are made on the agreed dates • Process order invoicing • Monitor deliveries and installations with the Services team, anticipating and communicating delays • Centralize post-sales requests and direct them to the appropriate support teams • Manage the shipment and return of equipment for demonstrations, approval testing, training, and replacements • Propose improvements to internal policies, processes, and procedures, and participate in the validation of new tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field • Experience in commercial operations, sales back office, or invoicing • Experience with public tenders, electronic bidding, and the analysis of tender documents/RFPs • Knowledge of contract management • Microsoft Office proficiency, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills • Experience with ERP systems • Preferred: experience in the technology or telecommunications industry • Preferred: experience with B2B sales and serving corporate customers or public-sector organizations
