📋 Description

• You plan, manage and independently execute complex digitization and software implementation projects, always aligned with our strategic objectives. • You coordinate resource allocation across business units, IT and external service providers. • You identify and assess project risks early (scope, acceptance, interfaces, schedule) and initiate appropriate countermeasures. • You ensure transparent information flow and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders up to management/steering level. • You facilitate workshops, structure requirements and support their implementation into practice.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a university degree in industrial engineering, (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable field with a focus on project management and technical topics. • With at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, you are familiar with the challenges of large IT projects and bring solid expertise and a structured working style. • You have sound knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods. • Your strong analytical mindset and confident risk management enable you to steer projects purposefully. • You are proficient with modern project management and reporting tools and comfortable working in a heterogeneous application landscape.
