📋 Description

• As an Account Director, you’ll report to the Head of Client Service and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of our largest clients across industries • You'll operate independently, managing your client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to upselling, with a focus on retention, growth, and value delivery • Your ultimate goal? Ensuring clients understand and use our data to drive better business decisions • You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock insights, improve performance, and get the most out of our tools and services • Manage and mentor Account Managers (where applicable), including onboarding, goal-setting, and development • Support the finance team with billing and payment resolution

🎯 Requirements

• A tertiary qualification • 5+ years experience in a senior client service role • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, and you'd need to be comfortable learning and navigating new web-based software applications • Analytical problem solving and attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills in writing and in person • The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, performance-orientated environment • A curious, always learning personality • Excited by the scale and potential of the DataEQ vision • Target-driven, determined and energetic • A collaborative colleague who builds strong relationships internally as well as externally • Able to travel locally • An exceptional relationship builder and excellent at getting things done • 2+ years people management experience (desired) • Consulting and customer success experience (desired)
