📋 Description

• Analyze, document and model business processes for external clients and internal departments • Conduct interviews, workshops and on-site observations with clerical staff, team leaders and subject matter experts • Critically assess existing processes: identify weaknesses, breaks in information flow, manual tasks and automation opportunities • Produce clear, structured and technically actionable requirements for our engineering team • Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood, feasible and complete • Support implementation: clarify technical questions, assist with testing and collect feedback from the business units • Document processes, requirements and outcomes • Actively help shape DATAGROUP’s internal process landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in process analysis, IT consulting, business analysis or requirements engineering • Demonstrable project experience in process capture or requirements definition • Ability to quickly understand new workflows and to recognize patterns and weaknesses • Confident communicator with clerical staff, team leaders and management • Ability to refine vague requirements into clear specifications • Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, workflows, interfaces, automation tools) • Willingness to travel
