• Central point of contact for planning and executing cross-channel go-to-market campaigns for lead generation. • Analyze customer and market potential in close coordination with sales. • Design and manage multi-stage campaigns to successfully generate leads. • Leverage all available channels including online, social, event, and email marketing. • Implement and optimize marketing automation, workflows, and processes along the customer journey. • Establish data-driven tracking and reporting to increase conversion rates.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent qualification. • Several years of professional experience in marketing automation, campaign management, or performance marketing in B2B. • Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns. • Strong experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot in conjunction with CRM systems. • Creative mindset combined with analytical skills and a structured working style. • German at native level (C2) and a good command of English.
