📋 Description

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the managed application systems • Handling service requests and incidents, including analyzing and resolving problems • Proposing improvements, optimizations and automation for existing applications • Implementing enhancements based on functional, technical and regulatory requirements • Closely collaborating with other mainframe system engineers, business analysts and the client's operations team • Preparing detailed requirements, specifications and program code • Testing and documenting program code

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a mainframe developer or administrator • Very good German language skills (minimum level B2) • Experience with software tools such as: IBM ISPF, IBM IMS/DC, IBM CICS, IBM RACF, IBM TWS/OPC, IBM RD/z, Compuware FileAid, Compuware Xpediter, Atlassian JIRA • Experience with IBM Job Control Language (JCL), COBOL and SQL • Optional: IBM REXX, PL/I • Databases: IBM DB2 (Mainframe) • Operating systems: z/OS (OS/390 - MVS/XA), Windows • Strong team and communication skills
