• Coordinate administrative sales processes and provide support to the field sales team • Assist with creating and following up on quotations • Own the processing of sales transactions from order receipt through initiation of order fulfillment • Analyze and prepare customer and sales data • Ensure smooth information flow between inside and field sales teams • Maintain, structure, and optimize customer and sales data in the CRM • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of sales processes
• Completed commercial training, a business administration degree, or equivalent qualification • Initial practical experience in sales, inside sales, sales support, or a similar commercial-sales role • Basic understanding of sales processes • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ideally, initial experience with CRM systems or other sales tools • Analytical mindset and interest in working with data • Structured, careful, and independent working style with a high level of organizational ability • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse teams • Excellent German (C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken
