📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for complex IT transition and transformation projects • Ensure project success with regard to scope, schedule, budget and quality • Build and maintain trusting, long-term customer relationships • Support clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues • Identify opportunities for further development with the client • Manage risks, dependencies and escalations • Define and optimize transition and transformation processes • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams • Contribute to the further development of methods, standards and templates

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed technical or business-related degree or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in IT transition, transformation or outsourcing projects • Experience in building and developing customer relationships • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions • Confident presence and experience with C-level stakeholders • Understanding of IT infrastructures (e.g., cloud, network, workplace, data center) • Ideally experience collaborating with Sales and Presales • Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and high personal accountability • Ideally certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent • Willingness to travel within Germany • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2)
