📋 Description

• Develop high-quality software products in the fields of hyperautomation and workflow management using modern AI tools • Take ownership of complex full-stack projects • Analyze SRS documents, clarify open issues with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into robust software architectures • Design data models and ER diagrams • Define RESTful and OpenAPI interfaces • Develop security concepts using RBAC, OAuth, and JWT in accordance with OWASP standards • Build high-performance, scalable applications with Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Vue.js, and TypeScript • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies • Ensure code quality through code reviews • Proactively identify security vulnerabilities such as XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF • Deploy applications to self-hosted servers • Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI • Optimize monitoring dashboards • Critically review and optimize AI-generated code, identify architectural flaws, and improve performance • Communicate technical trade-offs clearly and present solution options to non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification as an IT specialist for application development • Several years of practical software development experience, demonstrated through a portfolio or project references • Daily, productive use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database design using SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL • Senior-level expertise in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, Go, C#, or Java • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, with senior-level expertise in at least one • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI/UX patterns • In-depth understanding of the OWASP Top 10, including injection, XSS, CSRF, and broken authentication • Practical experience with authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and SSO • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Ability to deploy applications to self-hosted servers, not only to the cloud • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
